Please be advised that due to the nature of our products, ALL orders are handmade to order. All of our butters are natural, raw, and in its purest form. We make sure that they are made to order with YOU in mind, to ensure you get the freshest product with the longest shelf life.

Are all orders handmade?

All orders are handmade in small batches and made to order.

 

Can I get a refund, make an exchange or cancel my order?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. If in any event you need to cancel an order before it is fulfilled, please email us right away.

Who do I contact about lost, stolen, or damaged packages?

All packages are insured through USPS. We are not responsible for any delays, lost, stolen or damaged packages in transit. Please contact USPS.

 

What if my body butter melts?

Please keep in mind that your body butter may melt during the warmer months. In that event, we do not issue a refund. Your body butter is still good to use. Just put it in the fridge for a bit until it is solid. It may not have its original whipped texture, but it still has all of its moisture and benefits.
